Increasing the Middle Class One Sale at a Time

It has been said that a healthy country has a robust middle class. Unfortunately, the American middle class has been eroding for the past 50 years. A Pew Research Center analysis of government data shows in 1971 people who fell in the middle class was 61%; in 2021 that number was just 50%, and that number continues to deteriorate.  

One of the great things about being a real estate licensee or MLO is you help first time homebuyers become part of the middle class. Whether it be sales or loans, by helping your client realize the American dream of homeownership you also help our country become healthier one sale at a time.  
 
Now if that doesn’t inspire you to get a new client, I don’t know what will!
