Our instructors are seasoned real estate professionals with extensive experience both working in the real estate industry and teaching real estate. In class, our instructors will provide a comprehensive review of the concepts and principles seen on the exam.

HOW THE COURSE WORKS
​The crash course is currently a live streaming webinar held online via GoToWebinar. You will be able to see and hear the instructor. You will be able to ask questions via a chat box. You are not required to have a webcam or microphone. This course is also available in person once a month. 

BROKER CRASH COURSE GUARANTEE
We guarantee you will pass the Broker State Exam provided that you attend the crash course all day, three days, the month immediately prior to three state exam test dates. If you arrive late, leave early, or do not sign in and out both days, you will void the guarantee. If you do not attempt the state exam during the month following all crash courses, you will void the guarantee. If you do not pass the Broker State Exam after three attempts, provided that you attended the crash course within one month before each attempt, send copies of your result notices and return your materials to RET. If you did not void your guarantee, your enrollment fee will be refunded. No refund if the crash course has expired.


All orders take 24-48 hours to get processed. Webinar orders made after Tuesday or Friday at 5 PM before a Crash Course, WILL NOT BE PROCESSED ON TIME. Webinar orders made the week before may not receive material on time, and therefore, might not be eligible to take that course. Call us to verify.
