We guarantee you will pass the Broker State Exam provided that you are present (logged in) all day, three days, the month immediately prior to three state exam test dates. If you log in late or log out early, you will void the guarantee. If you do not attempt the state exam during the month following each crash course, you will void the guarantee. If you do not pass the Broker State Exam after three attempts, provided that you attended the crash course within one month before each attempt, you must send copies of your result notices and return your Broker Crash Course Textbooks to RET. As long as you did not void your guarantee and you are within your one year of enrollment from your date of purchase, your enrollment fee will be refunded. No refund if the crash course has expired.
