This package only includes the Real Estate Principles course, the Salesperson Crash Course, as well as the Practice Questions. This is ideal for those who have already completed Real Estate Practice and the elective. Or, those who have already completed all 3 required courses, but want to retake Real Estate Principles to refresh before the Salesperson State Exam.

- SALESPERSON CRASH COURSE: A live in class 2-Day Crash Course designed to prepare you for the Salesperson State Exam! Attend the weekend right before your State Exam test date!
- 900 STATE EXAM PRACTICE QUESTIONS: Sample Questions, Answers & Explanations to Prepare. You get to choose between an online version, or a printed book version.
- TERMS + DEFINITIONS AUDIO: 1 Hour of Spoken Real Estate Jargon. You get to choose between an CD-Rom, or an MP3 Download.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
You have one year to complete all courses, attend the crash course, and access all materials.
First, you must complete Real Estate Principles. This is a self-paced, home study course. You must: read all the chapters, take an online quiz after each chapter, and complete an online final exam at the end of the course. Once you complete all three required courses, you can apply for the Salesperson State Exam. While you are waiting for the Department of Real Estate (DRE) to process your application, study the 900 Practice Questions and the Terms + Definitions. Once the DRE processes your application, you can select a test date. Contact the school once you have your test date to set up your Salesperson Crash Course for the weekend immediately prior to your state exam date.
