I'M INTERESTED IN GETTING INTO REAL ESTATE. WHERE DO I START?
If you want to represent the public in the buying and/or selling of residential and/or commercial property, you most likely want to start with your Salesperson (Real Estate Agent) license. After a few years, you can to upgrade to your Broker license and open your own real estate office. If you are interested in processing loans, you should look into getting your Mortgage Loan Originator license. Many Salespersons and Brokers have both. We only offer continuing education for Appraisers at the time.
