This package is ideal for those who completed an elective in college. The DRE generally accepts Business Law, Economics, or Accounting from an accredited college/university. You will need to provide an official sealed transcript from your college/university with proof of elective to the DRE when it comes time to apply for your license. - TERMS + DEFINITIONS AUDIO: 1 Hour of Spoken Real Estate Jargon. MP3 Download only.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORK
You have one year to complete all courses, attend the crash course, and access all materials.
First, you must complete the two required courses. These are self-paced, home study courses. For each course you must: read all the chapters, take an online quiz after each chapter, and complete an online final exam at the end of each course. Once you complete all three required courses, you can apply for the Salesperson State Exam. While you are waiting for the DRE to process your application, study the 900 Practice Questions and the Terms + Definitions. Once the DRE processes your application, you can select a test date. Contact the school once you have your test date to set up your Salesperson Crash Course for the weekend immediately prior to your state exam date.
