LIVE CRASH COURSE
​Our Salesperson Crash Course is designed to review key real estate principles and topics commonly tested on the California State Licensing Examination. The course focuses on exam-relevant subject matter, test-taking strategies, and a structured review of core licensing concepts to support exam preparation.
Instruction is provided by experienced real estate professionals with backgrounds in both industry practice and real estate education.
The crash course is delivered in a live instructional format. Students will be able to view and listen to the instructor throughout the session. No special equipment is required to attend.

Students are encouraged to enroll in a crash course session shortly before their scheduled State Exam date. Examination dates may be scheduled through the DRE eLicensing system. Crash course sessions are generally offered on weekends (excluding major holidays) and select weekdays.

ENROLLMENT OPTIONS

The class is held most weekends, Saturday & Sunday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, via streaming live online via GoToWebinar.

All orders take 24-48 hours to get processed. Webinar orders made after Friday at 5 PM before a crash course, WILL NOT BE PROCESSED ON TIME. Students who purchase webinar crash course are subject to print out their own material.​

Over 92% of students who complete the full ​two-day crash course will PASS THE FIRST TIME!!!

GUARANTEE: We guarantee you will pass provided you are present (logged in) all scheduled days, the month immediately prior (we recommend the weekend prior but give you one month) to your state exam test date. If you log in late or log out early, you will void the guarantee. If you do not take the state exam during the month following the crash course, you will void the guarantee. If you do not pass the Salesperson State Exam, send a copy of your result notice to RET or email it to [email protected]. As long as you did not void your guarantee and you are within your one year of enrollment from your date of purchase, you may re-attend the Salesperson Crash Course free of charge.​
