Webinar Assistant
Candidate must have proficient computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel). Some knowledge with GoToWebinar, Zoom, as well as PowerPoint. Punctuality is very important. Must be reliable, committed, open to assist in various administrative tasks and customer interaction. Weekend hours are required.

Real Estate Instructor
We are seeking for pre-license real estate Instructors in the evening, Tuesday & Thursday (excluding major holidays); weekend crash courses (both days are a full 8 hours of instruction); weekday crash course instruction for real estate sales & broker exams, and MLO pre-license, crash course and CE. Real estate or MLO experience is required. This is an extremely rewarding position for the right person.
Pay: DOE Workshop Program
This position requires a knowledge in the real estate field. Also have excellent ideas for post-license workshops. Workshops should be designed to improve the practicing licensee’s ability to make it in real estate. Ideally a 3-4 hour workshop. This would be a 1099 arrangement with compensation determined by the number of attendees.
