Imagine a buyer comes up to you and says "I am thinking of buying a home". What are the next steps? Now imagine a seller comes up to you and wants you to sell their house. How should you go about that?
On Day 1 we will discuss the buyer's side of a transaction including speaking with a new buyer, choosing a lender to partner with, targeting homes to show, making the appointment for showing, mapping out the homes, watching the buyers body language, writing up the offer, counter offers, opening escrow, inspections, closing and much more. On Day 2 will be sellers' side and how to target listings, speak with sellers, listing presentation, escrow process and everything you need to understand the sellers' side!
