HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
You have one year to complete all courses, attend the crash course, and access all materials (including the textbook).
First, you must complete Real Estate Principles. This is a self-paced, home study course. You must: read all the chapters, take an online quiz after each chapter, and complete an online final exam at the end of the course. Once you complete all three required courses, you can apply for the Salesperson State Exam. While you are waiting for the Department of Real Estate (DRE) to process your application, study the 900 Practice Questions and the Terms + Definitions. Once the DRE processes your application, you can select a test date. Contact the school once you have your test date to set up your Salesperson Crash Course for the weekend immediately prior to your state exam date.
