How do I obtain my real estate license?
You are required to successfully complete three college-level courses (Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and one elective course) and then pass the Salesperson State Exam.
How long does it take to complete the courses?
The minimum time to complete courses according to the Department of Real Estate (DRE) is 18 calendar days per course. The minimum time to complete three courses would be 54 days from your enrollment date.
How long do I have to complete the courses?
The maximum time allowed by the Department of Real Estate (DRE) for completion of your courses is 1 year from the date of enrollment. Completion of the course means taking and passing the course final examination.

How can I schedule my crash course if i bought a package?
By sending an email to [email protected] or calling our office.
Do you submit my certification to the dre or do I?
We do not submit anything on your behalf to the DRE. We will provide you with your certification and you will need to submit it yourself.

The weekend before your state exam date.

How can I find out which courses I've already completed to obtain a Broker license?
You can contact the school you completed your courses with, or you can contact the DRE. The DRE keeps will have records of your licensing courses on file.
