About Us
Real Estate Trainers, Inc., was founded in 1972 by Larry McHarg. Since that time, RET has grown to be the largest real estate school in California.
Through an association with Century 21®, Real Estate Trainers provides the instructors and materials for live Real Estate Principles Courses throughout Southern California and a video Real Estate Principles course throughout California.
RET also provides correspondence real estate courses, including Real Estate Principles Real Estate Practice, the required courses for a broker's license and for meeting the continuing education requirements for real estate licensees.
In 1991, RET began offering courses for the Real Estate Appraiser's License. These courses will meet either the basic or continuing education requirements of the OREA.
Starting in 2007 Lance McHarg (Larry's Son) took over as VP of RET, and is continuing on in the family tradition.
In 2008, RET has become a "full service" school, with Pre License Courses, study material to pass the state exam the first time and Post License. Coaching to get your career off to a running start.
