Get Your License – Salesperson

To get your California Real Estate Salespersons License, you must first complete three courses:

  • Real Estate Principles
  • Real Estate Practice, and
  • 1 Elective course

The elective course can be your choice of any of these courses: Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Economics, Mortgage Loan Brokering and Lending, or Property Management. (If you ever took Business Law, Economics or Accounting in college, any one of those courses would meet the elective requirement.)
After completing the three courses, you are eligible to apply for your state exam. We have all the courses necessary to meet the requirements, and to help you pass your state exam the first time!

Renew Your License – Salesperson

If you got your license before October 1, 2007 and have been licensed for less than 18 months, you need two courses, the Real Estate Practice Course and 1 elective course. (If you ever took Business Law, Economics or Accounting in college, any one of those courses could meet the elective requirement.)

If this is your first four-year renewal and you had to meet the 18 month course requirement, you need our 5 course package, which is available for $50.

Otherwise, you need our 7 course package, which is available for $95.
