Getting a Salesperson License
To get your California Real Estate Salespersons License, you must first complete three courses:
- Real Estate Principles
- Real Estate Practice
- 1 Elective Course
Choose between: Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Economics, Mortgage Loan Brokering & Lending, and Property Management. *If you took Business Law, Economics, Accounting, Escrow or Business Administration in college, you do not need an elective course.
Renewing a Salesperson License
Salespersons must complete 45-hours of Continuing Education every 4 years.
