This online 45 hour real estate continuing education package includes the online Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing, Risk Management, Trust Funds courses, Back to the Basics and Real Estate Investment Courses. You may take all of the final exams online. Once you get a passing score 70% or better you will immediately get an approval number which can be used to renew online on the DRE Website. It meets all Real Estaste Continuing Education Requirements for 45 hours of a Salespersons License or Brokers License. This online 45 hour continuing education package comes with a 1 year enrollment from date of purchase.
