RET Appraiser Review Course (ARC) For all Levels except "AG"
History: Since 1992, more students have attended the RET live two-day Appraisal Review Course than any other school in California. (Instructors are active appraisers.)
Investment: $199.00 for one year. The goal is to pass the exam. However, students may attend an unlimited number of times during a one year period.
Pass Rate: Feedback indicates RET appraiser students pass the state exam at an 60% - 70% rate.
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Materials: Shipped out in advance. The CompuCram, CD-rom, is also available and sold separately. This is an exam prep software with 1200 questions and answers.
When: Thursday and Friday
Locations: Orange County, Santa Ana – Los Angeles, Burbank (Refer to schedule in appraisers section of home page.)
Recording Devices: Not permitted.

Money Back Guarantee: If a student does not pass the salespersons state test the first time, they simply fax in a copy of the failure notice and the class can be taken again for free or the student can receive the $149.00 back. If a student arrives late or leaves early, they void the guarantee.

RET Brokers Crash Course (CCF) Attend as many times for 1 year
History: For 36 years, this is the only live two-day Brokers Crash Course in, California. (Broker candidates only. We never combine, broker candidates with first time sales level test applicants.)
Investment: $225.00 for one year. If more time is needed, extensions are $50.00 for 6 months. Two extensions maximum within 2 years of enrollment.
Pass Rate: RET broker students pass the state exam the first time at over a 90% rate.
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00pm
Materials: Shipped out to the student in advance.
When: Saturday& Sunday or Monday & Tuesday in selected areas. (Refer to schedule in brokers section of home page.)
Locations: Orange County, Santa Ana – Los Angeles, Culver City – Northern California, Santa Clara.

Money Back Guarantee: If a broker student is still within the one year enrollment, attended two complete broker sessions prior to each exam, has made two attempts at the state exam and did not pass; simply return the materials and fax in the two failure notices. $225.00 will be refunded. If a student arrives late or leaves early, they void the guarantee.
