To Get Your License – Broker
To get your California Real Estate Brokers License, you must first complete the following 8 courses:
- Real Estate Principles
- Real Estate Practice
- Legal Aspects of Real Estate
- Real Estate Finance
- Real Estate Economics
- Real Estate Appraisal
- Mortgage Loan Brokerage & Lending
- Property Management
(If you ever took Business Law, Economics or Accounting in college, those three courses could replace three of the above courses.)
In addition, you must either have a 4-year college degree or two years full-time sales experience (within the last 5 years).
We have all the courses necessary to meet the requirements and to help you pass your state exam the first time!
Renew your License – Broker
To renew your license (which is done every four years) you need our 7 course package, which is available for $95
