LIVE CLASSES

You may cancel this agreement and obtain a refund, subject to the policies outlined below, by sending a written request along with the yellow enrollment agreement to: Appraisal Refund Department, Real Estate Trainers, Inc., 2428 North Grand, #K, Santa Ana, California 92705

1. You have a right to a full refund all charges, less a $10 processing fee, if you cancel this agreement prior to the first day of the class for which you are' scheduled.

2. You may withdraw from a class (after the class has begun) and receive a refund for the portion of the class not yet taken, provided no more than 60% of the instruction has been received, and provided the request is received within two weeks of the date of withdrawal. The school will retain the processing fee of $10 and a registration fee of $75, and the balance of the amount paid will be prorated for the portion of the course not taken. (Example: If a student paid $300 for a 15-hour course, and withdrew after 5 hours of the course had been taught, the refund would be calculated as follows: $300 less $10 processing fee and less $75 registration fee leaves $215 for proration. 10/15 of the course was not taken; 10/15 times $215 would produce a refund of $143.33) An additional textbook charge of $10 is non-refundable unless the textbook is returned in unused condition. If the school cancels a course, the school will refund all monies paid. Any refund due will be paid within 30 days of the cancellation or withdrawal.

3. Cancellation of, or withdrawal from, a course(s) which has been purchased as part of a package will result in forfeiture of the package discount, and any refund will be adjusted accordingly.

We are registered with the State of California. Registration means we have met certain minimum standards imposed by the state for registered schools, on the basis of our written application to the state. Registration does not mean we have met all of the more extensive standards required by the state for schools that are approved to operate or licensed or that the state has verified the information, we submitted with our registration form.

ANY QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS CONCERNING THIS SCHOOL WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN SATISFACTORILY ANSWERED BY THE SCROOL SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE BUREAU FOR PRIVATE POSTSECONPARYAND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION, 400 "R" STREET, #500, SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA 95814

This agreement is a legally binding instrument. I certify that I have read, understood, and agreed to my rights and responsibilities, and that the institution's cancellation and refund policies have been clearly explained to me. I have received a copy of this agreement.
