This course focuses on the “other” residential forms (not FNMA 1004) that are commonly used in the lending industry. The Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) is explained. This appraiser course addresses various forms including drive by appraisals, appraisal reviews, small residential income properties (2 – 4 units), condominiums, cooperatives, Manufactured homes, Operating Income Statement, update/ recertification, etc.  Through theory and hands-on examples of appraisal processes, the course will provide practical application of real estate appraisal procedures. A calculator is suggested. Remember Fannie Mae form 1004 is not covered in this course.
