Statistics and Modeling is designed to provide students with both the theory and practice of statistics and valuation modeling for today’s residential appraiser. The text outlines terminology and basic principles of statistics, including practical applications in statistical analysis.  An HP12C calculator is recommended and its use demonstrated in class.

Statistics and Modeling may be taken with course B18 Finance with an exam (15 hours) and be used for 15 hours of appraiser upgrade education towards to Certified Residential (AR).
