The 1-day National USPAP Update Course is required every two year license cycle for all licensed and certified appraisers.  Current hot topics and USPAP misunderstandings are discussed through numerous FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions).

The Student Manuel will be provided in class.

You must have a UPSPAP Book (or E-USPAP on your laptop) for this class.

The price of the 2012-2013 USPAP Book was raised to $70.00 by The Appraisal Foundation.  This was a 50% increase and is entirely beyond our control. Therefore, the course does not include the 2012-2013 National USPAP Book.

This course comes with a 1-year enrollment from date of purchase.
