The price of the 2010-2011 USPAP Book was raised to $75.00 by The Appraisal Foundation.  This was a 50% increase and is entirely beyond our control. Therefore, the course does not include the 2010 - 2011 National USPAP Book, it does include the USPAP Student Manual. The Student Manuel will be provided in class. You will need to have a the USPAP book or E-USPAP on your laptop for  class.
