The focus of the course is the principle if Highest and Best Use.  An analysis of the four tests for Highest and Best Use are covered in detail. Drill problems and a short case study allow students to put into practice the techniques presented in the course.

Highest and Best Use may be taken with course Market Analysis with an exam (15 hours) and be used for 15 hours of the 150 hours of the 2008 AQB Basic Appraisal Education requirements.
