Complex Appraisal C is a 4 hour appraiser course that exposes the residential appraiser to appraising mixed-use, small commercial, income producing, unusual and one of a kind properties.  A case study deals with a single-use retail property.

Complex Appraisal C may be taken with courses Complex Appraisal A and  Complex Appraisal B together with an exam and be used for 20 hours of upgrade education towards to Certified Residential (AR).

Complex Appraisal C is offered on the same day as one of several 3 ½ or 4 hour CE courses taught by RET.
